Managing yourself is a huge part of building trust, which in turn, builds accountability. That's what this program is all about: how to manage yourself to become more accountable. We'll discuss the five-step process for creating a personal mission statement, we'll talk about how to set micro-goals for yourself, task management, personal rewards, and more.
