Course overview
Hiring is tough. You have an open position, and it needs to be filled. It's either open because someone left the company, or it's open because you need to add head count. Either way, the longer the position is open, the less productive and more overworked that department becomes. As a result, the thought often becomes "Let's hurry up and hire someone." However, you can't just hire anyone. The goal is to hire the right person, the best person, the most qualified person. In this course, we'll talk about the costs of hiring the wrong person.
