One of the most important factors to sales success is to really know your customer. Although this might sound elementary, it's critically important that you know your customer's name, and that they know yours. It's not good enough that they know you as the person from XYZ Company. Our saying is: know names, not no names. Knowing your customer is also about understanding how they're wired and what motivates them to make purchase decisions. Getting to know your customer isn't a one-time exercise. It's an ongoing commitment. This course teaches specific actions to take that will truly help you to know your customer.
