In the consumer-packaged goods, or CPG industry, retail merchandising space is the lifeblood of the business. It's where our products are displayed in front of shoppers. Whether it's to protect what you have, or an attempt at gaining incremental space, you need to understand how your retail customer thinks about and manages shelf space.
