  • Evaluate the simple risk factors associated with CTDs: force, postures, movement and work environment
  • Recognize key ergonomic principles: work in neutral posture, provide clearance and minimize contact stress, keep tasks and items within easy reach, work at proper heights, reduce excessive force, reduce excessive motions, reduce static muscle fatigue, move, exercise and stretch, and maintain a comfortable environment.
  • Understand the importance of office ergonomics and its impact on health and productivity.
