Course overview
Hazardous chemicals are found in nearly every workplace, and understanding how to manage them safely is essential. This course introduces the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Hazard Communication Standard (HazCom), the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), and the tools that keep workers safe. Learners will gain practical knowledge about chemical labeling, safety data sheets, and protective measures to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
