Course overview
Lifting heavy equipment, parts, or materials is hazardous work. Safety concerns must be taken seriously. In some circumstances, items should not, or cannot, be lifted by hand. In those situations, a rigging device is used. The Rigging Safety training course explains how to evaluate lifting tasks and make decisions that result in safe rigging use. This course is part of the Rigging Safety training series.
