Course overview
Driving for work is one of the most common and serious job-related risks across industries. In this course, learners explore how trip planning, pre-trip vehicle inspections, defensive driving techniques, and situational awareness reduce crash risk when operating light- and medium-duty vehicles. Real-world examples, hazard scenarios, and practical guidance reinforce how to recognize fatigue, distracted driving, and hazardous weather conditions. The course supports employees who drive for work by strengthening decision-making skills and promoting shared responsibility for workplace safety.
