Course overview
A lot of important scientific research and development is done in laboratories. The healthcare, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas industries, and many others, rely on lab results to create processes and products, and to save lives. However, there can be hazards to laboratory workers. This course will teach lab workers to identify common physical, chemical and biological laboratory hazards and related safe work practices. This course is designed for all laboratory workers operating in laboratories and/or research facilities.
