Generation X. The name may conjure up images of rebellion and anti-social behavior. But it's time we got past what we thought of them as teenagers, because the reality is, Gen X is now middle-aged! And that comes with its own set of workplace benefits and challenges. While, of course, every individual is different, there are some things we can say about Gen X in the workplace.
