With more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry, Kelly has extensive experience as a system operator and SME for NERC compliance, procedures, projects, and processes. Kelly is a NERC Certified System Operator (NCSO).
His experience also includes managing the real-time economic and reliable dispatch of generation assets. Kelly serves as a training advisor for power system operations and an SME for reliable and safe operations in control centers.
